About this listing
A simple and comfortable bedroom, just 1 block from Estaiada Bridge and Marginal Pinheiros. Shared kitchen and bathroom with the owner. Walking distance to public transportation (metro and bus). Easy access to shopping centers.
The apartment is located just one block away from Marginal Pinheiros in front of a bus stop. It's simple but contains all amenities you will need to get comfy while visiting SP. I keep the place very clean.
I use the whole apartment except for your room and you do the same. Very simple =) . Parking is included. Wi Fi Internet, Cable TV. Emergency local calls can be made from my cell phone. Doorman 24 hours.
Interaction with Guests
I just moved to São Paulo and I love to have guests over. Since I´m now living alone I will only accept girls in my apartment. I work just next to the apartment but I go to my home town every weekend. I have lived in Ireland and France and can speak both languages.
It's a very good neighborhood, with a lot of comercial ammenities. (like a SuperMarket, Laundry, Drugstore, Bakery, Fruits and Vegetables shop, Grocery, a Sushi Bar, a Pizza Restaurant, a big sport shop Decathlon, a home-improvement and gardening retailer named Leroy Merlin and so on). Accross Morumbi Bridge you have 2 big Malls (Shopping Morumbi and Market Place) with cinemas and the best brand shops - I recomend taking the bus in front of the apartment, it can be a long walk since you need to cross the bridge. A cab will charge you 7 to 10 reais to the mall.
Bus stop in front of the building, one block away from marginal pinheiros, where you can reach the metro. 30 reais cab from Congonhas airport, 160 reais cab from Guarulhos airport.
